But listen to some of our leaders, and they will tell you that they are ruining our streets and making our communities less safe.

Their claims are totally false.

But these leaders, along with ICE and Border Patrol, are launching disgusting and dangerous attacks on our undocumented population to deliberately inflict harm and distract from their own failed governance. ICE, created only in 2003, is currently parading around our country, following peaceful protestors home to scare them, grabbing children, and throwing tear gas into communities.

And it is happening in Texas.

1 in 4 ICE arrests have happened in Texas.

Of those, 59% of people had not been convicted of a crime.

Austin school district employees have been detained by ICE, including an elementary school teacher.

ICE has also deported a mother and her American-born children.

The Texas Department of Public Safety, at the direction of the Governor, arrested over 3,000 undocumented people in 2025 alone.

88% of those were arrested because officers believed they were undocumented, and nothing more.
