About Us

This group was started by a group of moms and serves as an invitation to  everyone who wants to see Austin thrive.

We are proud to raise children in this city, and we want to raise kids who lead with kindness and who believe in facts. We want our kids to be able to go to public schools and read in libraries, and that means investing in them. We want our kids to know that their neighbors are friends, not read social media and think everyone who looks different is an enemy. When our kids are older, we want them to know that we fought for solutions that worked for everyone, not just those with power.

And so we are the Austin Moms — Austin Moms for Everyone.
